باستخدامك تطبيق "مرسال"، أنت بتوافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق على أي منها، من فضلك متستخدمش التطبيق.

1. طبيعة الخدمة

تطبيق مرسال بيقدم خدمة تسهيل التبرعات لمؤسسة مرسال الخيرية، التسجيل لفرص التطوع، وعرض شركاء مجتمع مرسال. المؤسسة جمعية خيرية مسجّلة في مصر ومرخّصة قانونًا لجمع التبرعات.

2. التبرعات

كل التبرعات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالات الخطأ التقني الواضح
الحد الأدنى للتبرع 10 جنيهات مصرية، والأقصى 1,000,000 جنيه في العملية الواحدة
الدفع بيتم من خلال بوابة Paymob الآمنة (PCI-DSS معتمدة)
هيتم إرسال إيصال التبرع على الإيميل المسجّل

3. التطوع

تسجيلك في فرصة تطوع لا يضمن قبولك تلقائيًا — فريق مرسال هيتواصل معاك للترتيبات النهائية. بتلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة والتواصل بصدق مع فريق مرسال.

4. الاستخدام المسموح

ممنوع تستخدم التطبيق لـ:

أي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار
محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل الخدمة
تقديم بيانات مزيّفة أو مضلّلة
انتحال شخصية غيرك

5. مسؤولية المؤسسة

بنبذل قصارى جهدنا للحفاظ على استمرارية الخدمة وأمانها، لكن التطبيق مقدَّم "كما هو" ومش بنضمن إنه هيكون متاح 100% من الوقت. المؤسسة غير مسؤولة عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن انقطاع الخدمة أو أعطال فنية.

6. حقوق الملكية

اسم "مرسال" والشعار والتصميم كلها ملكية مؤسسة مرسال الخيرية. ممنوع نسخ أو إعادة استخدام أي منها بدون إذن مكتوب.

7. سياسة الخصوصية

استخدامك للتطبيق بيخضع كمان لـ سياسة الخصوصية.

8. تغيير الشروط

نقدر نعدّل الشروط دي في أي وقت. لو حصل تعديل، هنعلن عنه جوه التطبيق. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل بيعتبر موافقة على الشروط الجديدة.

9. القانون المطبَّق

الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وأي نزاع بيتحل من خلال المحاكم المصرية المختصة.

Terms of Service

By using the "Mersal" application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of Service

The Mersal app facilitates donations to Mersal Charity Foundation, volunteer registration, and displays Mersal Community partners. The foundation is a registered charity in Egypt, legally authorized to collect donations.

2. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable except in cases of obvious technical error
Minimum donation is 10 EGP, maximum is 1,000,000 EGP per transaction
Payment is processed via the secure Paymob gateway (PCI-DSS certified)
A donation receipt will be sent to the registered email

3. Volunteering

Registering for a volunteer opportunity does not guarantee acceptance — Mersal's team will contact you for final arrangements. You agree to provide accurate information and communicate honestly with Mersal's team.

4. Permitted Use

You may not use the App for:

Any illegal or harmful purpose
Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
Providing fake or misleading data
Impersonating another person

5. Foundation Liability

We do our best to keep the service running and secure, but the App is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The foundation is not liable for losses from service interruptions or technical failures.

6. Intellectual Property

The name "Mersal", logo, and design are all property of Mersal Charity Foundation. Copying or reusing any of them without written permission is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. If we do, we will announce it inside the App. Your continued use after the modification constitutes agreement to the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is resolved through the competent Egyptian courts.
