سياسة الخصوصية

مؤسسة مرسال الخيرية ("نحن") بتحرص على حماية خصوصية مستخدمي تطبيق "مرسال" ("التطبيق"). السياسة دي بتوضح البيانات اللي بنجمعها وليه وإزاي بنستخدمها.

1. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

عند التبرع: اسمك، إيميلك، رقم موبايلك، ومبلغ التبرع. البيانات دي بتتخزن عندنا عشان نبعتلك إيصال التبرع ونتواصل معاك لو احتجنا.

عند التسجيل للتطوع: اسمك، إيميلك، رقم موبايلك، والفرصة اللي اخترتها، عشان فريقنا يتواصل معاك بتفاصيل التطوع.

بيانات الدفع: رقم كارت الائتمان أو المحفظة بيتعامل معاه Paymob مباشرة.

2. استخدام البيانات

البيانات بتستخدم فقط لـ:

تنفيذ عملية التبرع وإصدار الإيصال
التواصل معاك بخصوص التطوع لو سجّلت
إحصائيات مجمّعة لتقييم أداء الحملات

3. مشاركة البيانات

مبنشاركش بياناتك مع أي طرف تالت لأغراض تسويقية. بنشاركها بس مع:

Paymob: لمعالجة الدفع
مزود استضافة قاعدة البيانات (بيانات مشفّرة)
الجهات القضائية لو طُلب منا رسميًا

4. أمان البيانات

كل الاتصالات مشفّرة بـ HTTPS/TLS، وبيانات الدفع بتمر مباشرة على Paymob. قاعدة بياناتنا محمية بـ Row Level Security وسياسات وصول صارمة.

5. حقوقك

عندك الحق في أي وقت تطلب:

نسخة من بياناتك المخزّنة عندنا
تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة
حذف بياناتك (إلا اللي مطلوب قانونيًا الاحتفاظ بيها للسجلات المالية)

6. تغييرات على السياسة

لو غيّرنا السياسة دي، هنعلن التغيير جوه التطبيق وفي الصفحة دي مع تاريخ التحديث.

Mersal Charity Foundation ("we") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the "Mersal" application ("the App"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

When you donate: your name, email, phone number, and donation amount. This data is stored to send you a receipt and reach out if needed.

When you register to volunteer: your name, email, phone number, and the opportunity you chose, so our team can contact you with the details.

Payment information: credit card and wallet data is handled directly by Paymob.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used only for:

Processing donations and issuing receipts
Contacting you about volunteering if you register
Aggregate statistics to evaluate campaign performance

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. We only share it with:

Paymob: for payment processing
Our database hosting provider (encrypted data)
Legal authorities when officially required

4. Data Security

All communications are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and payment data flows directly to Paymob. Our database is protected by Row Level Security and strict access policies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to request:

A copy of the data we hold about you
Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of your data (except what is legally required to retain for financial records)

6. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll announce the change inside the App and on this page with the updated date.
